Someone forgot to tell me that I'd be completely brain dead by 12:21PM. I'm teaching a total of TWENTY SEVEN different subjects this semester. I switch from teaching one kid about past and present participles, to teaching another how to multiply fractions, to teaching the last kid what an exclamatory sentence is. That's just within the span of ten minutes. Any conversation I have with an adult outside of the house goes a little something like this:
Anonymous Adult: "Your children are beautiful, what are their ages?"
Me: " UH, WELL, UM, Let's See, UH..."
Anonymous Adult: "What does your husband do?"
Me: " UH, WELL, Gee...I don't know...It's hard to explain... He kinda works in Marketing!?"
Anonymous Adult: "Where do your kids go to school?"
Me (mumbling): "We home school."
Anonymous Adult (with a forced grin): "Oh, isn't that great!"

I used to feel smart but now UH, WELL, UM...

I love style blogs, I follow a boatload of them, and while I gather real inspiration from very few I relate to none. I don't look like a style blogger; I'd say I'm more awkward than pretty, I'm 5'2 and my body's perfection only lies in it's ability to gestate amazing children. I have no need to wear Miu Miu heels, and pencil skirts are less than reasonable when the most you can hope to accomplish that day is a decent heap of laundry. I don't shop for new digs every other day and some days I never get out of my workout gear. You get my point.  I had no intention of having a 'style' aspect to this blog.  Then Faith asked me if she could take my picture, and as I uploaded the results I couldn't help but chuckle. I wouldn't normally deem this picture blog worthy but that made me think that maybe it was. It's real.  I wore this outfit to the virtual school annex, then at home during the days lessons, and then to the grocery store, and maybe as a mother you can relate to that.

So what do you think, should I keep this up? Yay or Nay?
